First off I do not take credit for this nor do I take responsibility for any damage,addiction, loss of relationships etc for your actions.
This is for use with the 2nd gen Zune v3.0 software. If updated software is out I will repost later:
1) Download the following three programs:
C# Express Edition 2008
XNA Game Studio 3.0
7-zip
2) install the programs listed above
3) Open C# and click on the icon with the computer with an X on it. Or Start>Programs>Microsoft XNA Game Studio 3.0>XNA Game Studio Device Center
4) If you havent added a device the window will be empty.
5) Click add a device (the + sign) and add your Zune
6) Another device will pop up saying to select your Zune. Please select your Zune
7) Click Next
There are 2 different versions of games. .ccgames and .sourcegames
1) Download the game of your choice and save to your computer
2) Go back to C# and open your saved game file.
Be Sure to Open the .SNL file (.SNL is the solution file that compiles all the different programs)

MAKE SURE YOUR ZUNE SOFTWARE IS NOT OPEN
4) BUILD>DEPLOY>your game and most importantly enjoy.
For .CCgames simply open the file and click UNPACK.
If you get an ERROR 2160 you are using the wrong version of XNA.
1) XNA Beta Games wont work with XNA Final and vice versa.
