Need Help Please..Zune HD wont update,reformat, or restore???

Soooo....I just purchased a zune HD 32gb off ebay and finaly received it. I went to hook it up to my Win7 PC to reformat followed some guides on the site and keep getting errors. I have searched and searched and keep finding it has to do with something for language. I have all my language and time set to US and english and still no luck. I tried to uninstall, reinstall, reboot, delete temp files and still nothing. Made sure windows was update, which it was except for Win7 service pack 1. The codes I get are C00D11CD (80070079). I can not find any usefull fixes. So my zune I just got in the mail is stuck on "connect to PC".

The software will see the Zune, then ask to update to 4.5 from recovery. I will start to do so then at step 2 is when I will get the error. It is the same error over and over. I would appreciate any info at this point. Im starting to go cross eyed and still cant find a fix. I have no idea what to do now or what to try. I think I tried all possible solutions with no such luck. Thanks very much
